Went sunshine today and did some cliff drops and managed to do a front flip in the powder haha.

basically, went to ride over a little mound and it was total powder everywhere, rode up too it and lent back, accidentally lent forward a bit and totally flung myself over the front as the powder just swallowed my board and flipped my board over my head....disturbia?

Nothing else to report, christmas is coming, parents are coming out on the 22nd so that should be sweet.

Dirtiest day ever.

Went to sunshine today with James and a few other people...

Basically i ended up with 3 other chips on my board as well as this one.

We were all outside the Gondolas staff room and we were about to go inside and James Stuck his board in a pile of snow outside the door, i thought well i may as well do it as well.....i shove my board into the snow-SMACK!

fuck sake.....instead of being a normal human being and softly pushing it in the big pile of snow i manage to thrust (with some serious force) it in the a not so thick bit of the snow and my board just cracks against the concrete, i take it out and OOOP what do you know i have my first chip of the day...fantastic.

Oh wellllll, its minor on my board, it wont make a difference when i ride it, so i forget about it within minutes.

We ride for a few hours and its all gravy apart from the fact the whole of the mountain is covered in moguls, everyone knows its a lot easier to ride them on ski's so that was a little tricky but as well as that the place is covered in bits of trees and tree stumps and rocks...which brings us onto my next crack in my board.

We meet up with Craig (CRAIIGO) for lunch, have a double burger and a loverly pint, we then shred down the hill and as were going i follow craig into a woodland path, i figure well he works on the mountains, he knows all the little cheeky woodland trails ill follow him-what a bloody mistake that was.

It turns out this little trail is just full of tree stumps and shit on the floor, i try and ignore them and manage to smash the front of my board on a tree stump and i stack it haaard! which was a greeeeat one.. get to the bottom of the hill and i look at my board and i have a tasty new chip on my nose from the tree stump-excellent.

LLLLAAAATEEEERRR ONNNN in the day me and craig are cruising down to go home and we go on this run which i did earlier in the day and i fully hated every minute of it last time because its just so orquard.

Its very flat and there are a shit load of moguls everywhere so your bumping around a lot, to add insult to injury i manage to smash my board in YET ANOTHER tree stump ( thats the one in my picture i posted) i am in such a bad mood and i haven't even noticed this yet. i get down and meet craig who is waiting for me i look down on my board and i see this fucking crack on the nose FUCK MY LIFE THIS IS A JOKE NOW! im like fuck it ill just rip it off because it will just peal off. I rip it off and oop it tears all the way down the nose. this is just the god damn icing on the cake, why do i bother? my god.

AAANNYYY WAAAYS i decide what the heck and i tear it all the way down because it kind of looks like its the graphics now when really its just a complete and utter fuck up of a board. hopefully this isn't going to be an issue, unless it gets loads of snow in it and it melts and it manages to spread in the board and fuck up all the layers of wood......sweetness.

complete and utter outrage

Sooooo over a month in now, and still loving it.

Been working for a good 3-4 weeks now, kind of getting used to having to wake up at 5.40am 4 times a week (death) but its still a struggle.

Its pretty cool because Lake Louis are hosting the 2010 Downhill Skiing World Cup and i've been serving all of the contestants in the mornings, its insane they all just sit around with all the visitors and stuff they don't even care.

watching it on TV in the kitchen though, oh my d-d-d-daaayz its crazy shit, speeding down the hill at 80mph fucks my shit up and looking out the window and seeing them speeding to the finish line its so insane.

Another pretty cool thing is that this week its been ridiculously cold....people complaining in England its been like 4 degrees can eat a poo, try living in -38 degrees. YES! i said it -38 GOD DAMN DEGREES, 2nd coldest place in the world a few days ago, what?

Nothing else to say really, going to go for a shred tomorrow on the mountain with the boyos, so keep it real, keep your game tight, don't take your eyes off the prize, never dare to dream and remember....it aint nothin' but a thing.

This isn't going to be very interesting because..well its not about any drunken/fucked up behaviour sooo don't get our hopes up.

Basically been in Canada for almost 2 weeks now and I fell good.

Thought i would be super home sick and just hate it a lot but to be honest its the complete opposite.

I guess sometimes it does hit me how much i miss home and stuff, like looking at pictures of the gang going out and stuff, or seeing mumma goose and pappa pig and lozza on skype, gets me going a little bit but its still all good.

Nothing else much to say, we went out on Sunday to this sweet club and some guy who suffered from an EXTREME case of S.M.S (small man syndrome) decided to start trouble with Jason. BAsically got all pissy because he was drunk and pushing us about while he was dancing so Craig and Nick pushed him back and he switched and decided to have a go at craig so Jason(Derulo) stepped in and basically tried to tell him like leave it alone were just here to have a good time and he thought he was saying something completely different so decided to have a go at jason, i then intervened and leant to the midget saying listen mate there is no problem here ok, and took jason off the dance floor......oop what do you know he decided to follow us. Nick and Craig gave the signal to the bouncer so we walked off and went outside for a bit and decided this is super pooy so lets just go home.....oh hold on Mcdonals again? NO WONDER IM PUTTING ON THE POUNDS GOD DAMN IT!

Sooooo after i chowed the fuck down on my Double big mac meal and 2 cheese burgers(why bother) were saying to each other like how funny would it be if this kid walked into Mcdonalds now....2 minutes later oop he's standing at the till..... jason walks up to his stands next to this guy...looks his square in the face and this dude is so hammered he doesn't even recognise jason, what a knobsack.

He walks/stumbles over the drink machine, i decide its a prime opportunity to have a word...i walk over and he goes to me- "where do you get the fuckin whiskey?!"

im like yeah this guy is totally of the wagon. haha i go to him " yeah, you cant get whiskey here mate" he's like "ahh fuck ittt!" and stumbles out of the place haha what a crack head!!

annywayyss so yeah we walk home and nothing else has happened since then as ive had my days off work Monday Tuesday and Wednesday.

Halloween

This is going to be a short one because i really cant be bothered to write loads right now, had the most pointless day.

The night was amazing, so messy, got with a total grenade-i am not proud of it.

got in at 1ish only to find Elyas and James drunk as every in the lounge.

I sat down for a bit, got some food, ate some food...ate a pop tart...ate a pop tart that james had chewed for a bit....Steve came back with pizza...i ate some pizza....i ate some pizza that james once again had chewed up-again i'm not proud of my drunken behaviour.

Got into bed at 2ish and had to wake up at 5.30 for my first day at work...what the fuck.

Wake up, stlil drunk, walk across the road to get the bus.....its late, sick.

Get to work, we spend the whole friggin day sat listening to people talk about how amazing Lake Louise is, to be fair it is pretty sweet. We got a list of events that were happening in the near future and they all look well good, so thats cool. So yeah, i was falling asleep every 5 minutes while people were talking and i was on the front row so the new was dozzing off haha oh well.

Mc Donalds jokess

Last night was the funniest night so far in Banff.

Started the night off with pre lash again at the house, played some games again, tried to fix one of the games (Get the bus), so that Stephan would have to drink a shit load of alcohol, totally worked haha.

After a reasonable pre lash, we walked down to the Dancing Sasquatch which was so pretty sweet club in town. Met up with the gang up there, stayed there for a bit then we all went down to HooDoos, which was another club in town. this place was pretty good, they were doing a give away and were giving away snowboard shit, didn't win anything obviously but i didn't expect too so i didn't really care too much for that. We were all so Smashed at this place, they were playing some serious dubstep which i was again surprised about but it was a well good night, OH WAIT this shit didn't stop there....oh no.

Soooooo after HooDoo's we made another appearance at Mc Donald's....FML

Everything was cool, had to buy Elyas his meal for the 2nd time now...dick head lol

so we were just chilling out, munching down on our Big Mac's...i felt something in my stomach.....i warned Elyas what was about to happen but we were not prepared for what was about to happen.

I FARTED SO LOUD!!!!

We were in creases at this, laughing like little immature kids...and then...what... oh what? ANOTHER FART?? god dam it!!!

Another loud one and at this point the food was falling out of my mouth with laughter, we couldn't control ourselves, we were all in hysterics!

At this point James was over the other side of Mc Donald's with two girls, fuck knows where they were from but we could see he was trying hard to control himself from laughing out loud, but one of the girls then made the situation worse by shouting over to us...

"Its not even that funny!!"

Fuck saaaaake this made it just that bit worse as that meant they heard it at the other side of the shop haha

Oh well, after we simmered down a bit and headed on home.

got home, making a hefty amount of noise, i collapsed in my bed and snuggled down and watched some SouthPark and passed out by 3ish...

Last night was the best night so far.

Started off about 7ish, pre drinks at the house, played some drinking games ( riding the bus and horse racing) which got pretty intense as the drinks went down! Elyas completely flopped on the game Riding the bus and managed to drink about 3-4 glasses of vodka and coke- crumpits!

After pre drinks, we all strolled down the road to a little house party which was pretty cool, stayed there for a bit, then strolled down to another house to meet some up with some more of the gang, didn't stay there for too long so a few of us headed down to some bar, cant remember any of the names of the pubs/bars/clubs at the moment but oh well. the bar was alright, pretty chilled out, had a bud then we all headed off to the club, which i was so surprised about because it was a pretty decent club played a lot of house music and a tiny bit of dub, so i felt it would be rude NOT to put on my bass face! the layout of the club was a lot similar to Area in Watford which was cool, felt like i was at home.

So yeah, that finished at 2.30am, we all headed out, very rowdy and headed over to Mc donalds once again, don't worry, i only chowed down on a double big mac meal, outrageous?!

Right so yeah, after the colossal Mc donalds we headed on home, saw a deer taking a piss in a bush....so we did what anyone else would have done....taken a picture.

Thats about it for now, not a lot going on tonight, apart from a little fottie game down at the local high school, gunna show these mother fuckers how Prestwood Colts get down!!

So i got to canada alright, me and couttsy chilled in the BA lounge, it was of the shizay, free everything, free alcohol,food,internet even bloody showers for fuck sake, it was nuts!

Went out last night, hadn't even been at our house (518 Banff Avenue) for 10 minutes, we were heading off to the pub to meet everyone.

Its a little different atmosphere in Canadian Pubs/bars, like you have to put a tip down for drink n shit and if you don't, the bar tenders get all moody, which is a little weird but its a small price to pay haha.

Ive been here for not even 24 hours and its already looking good.

The start of Canada!

Sooooooo...im going to Canada today.

I said i would make a blog and keep a note of everything i get up too whilst on this mad journey, so this shit starts here.

My flight is at 5.30, so ill be leaving home like 1ish?

its been pretty tough, saying goodbye to all my friends n family, but the way i see it is that ill be speaking to them all within 24 hours of being in Canada so it will be like, an 8 month period of having a relationship with somebody over Facebook....but with all my friends. Fuck sake none of this makes sense, i'm pretty tired, been up for a while making a remix of Magnetic Man's track Perfect Strangers for this CD I have to make for uni, gaaad daam it!
